REFUND POLICY.

At Loving and Leading Others, we are deeply grateful for every donation, registration, and purchase made in support of our mission. Your generosity enables us to continue serving individuals and families impacted by HIV through faith-based mentorship, compassionate outreach, and community-building programs.

Because we are a nonprofit organization, we take your contributions seriously and want to be transparent about our refund policy.

💛 Donations

All donations made to Loving and Leading Others are considered non-refundable. This includes one-time gifts, recurring donations, and gifts made in honor of someone else.

If you believe a donation was made in error, or if you experience issues with a transaction (e.g., duplicate charge), please contact us within 7 days of the donation date. We’ll do our best to review and resolve the situation in a timely and respectful manner.

📝 Event Registrations

If you registered for an event or workshop and can no longer attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Our refund policy for events is as follows:

• Full refund if canceled 7 or more days before the event

• Partial refund (50%) if canceled 3–6 days before the event

• No refund if canceled within 48 hours of the event

If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to apply your registration to a future date.

🛍️ Product Sales (if applicable)

If we offer merchandise or resources (such as books, apparel, or materials), we will provide a refund for physical products that are returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
